Meet Tessa
Born and raised in the mountains of British Columbia, Tessa grew up under the shadow of religious patriarchy, where control and restriction stifled her connection to her own body and spirit. For years, she sought God in the way she was taught, only to discover the divine in unexpected places: in the whispers of nature, in the power of orgasm, in the warmth of connection and community.This revelation became the foundation of her life's mission—to guide people in reclaiming their sacred sexuality and celebrating their bodies. Tessa is inspired by ancient philosophy, blended with modern science. She is dedicated to helping women shed the chains of fear and pain, coming together in deep, joyful empowerment.Tessa trained in the VITA Method with Layla Martin and holds a trauma certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a level 3 sound bowl healer and Ayurvedic Masseuse certified by The Himalayan Yoga Association. Before stepping into her current role, she worked as a paramedic for over 10 years, gaining a deep understanding of both the body and the human spirit. She is also a mother of two, married to a wonderful man, and a lover of the outdoors, drawing inspiration from nature in her work and life.Through her coaching and retreats, Tessa creates spaces where you can connect, and awaken to your own divinity, reclaiming the fullness of who you are with love, courage, and grace.
